Cinnamon Rolls
Inspired by the garlic cheese bread rolls I made, I wanted to make more rolls and came across this cinnamon roll recipe by @wellmadebykiley on my TikTok feed. They were to die for! Some even said they were a cobs dupe.

The dough for this recipe was similar to the milk bread I made in my ChatGPT Bread Recipe post; however, this one included Greek yogurt and 2 eggs. I noticed in this recipe that there were some adjustments I had to make after following the recipe instructions.
- I had to double the cinnamon and brown sugar spread because it did not cover my dough sufficiently before rolling it. It was also much harder to spread than the one in her video, which I am curious about. Possibly just different ingredients.
- I ended up making more than 12 small rolls, which the recipe had stated, and they were still rather large rolls.
In the future, I would also not cook them for as long (25 minutes), as they came out slightly dry, brown and stiff. The ones in her video were whiter and fluffier. I will definitely be keeping this recipe and making it again. It’s interesting to note that as I become more familiar with baking bread, I am noticing what works and doesn’t, and adapting accordingly.
Cool. A Cobb’s dupe? I think it is better than their original, particularly after you perfect the mix and time. PS, you should be glad this is a virtual class. Otherwise, we would all be demanding these treats be brought to class every Friday!
